Super Easy Chuck Roast
A Recipe You've Got To Try! We have this for dinner quite often, especially when my sister, her husband, and two girls come over. It's easy to throw together fast, feeds an army of people, and ohhhh soooo good and tender! You don't even need a knife to pull it apart- just your fork. Two chuck roasts feed 7 adults and 4 little munchkins very easily (speaking from experience).

  • (One or Two) Beef Chuck Roast
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Garlic, Salt, Pepper
  • Beef Broth


​Put the chuck roast in a roasting pan.

Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place the carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes around the roast.

Pour 32 oz of beef broth over beef and veggies.

Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake @ 325 for 2.5-3 hours.

After baking, use the broth to make a delicious gravy.
