- (One or Two) Beef Chuck Roast
- Sweet Potatoes
- Garlic, Salt, Pepper
- Beef Broth
Put the chuck roast in a roasting pan.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes around the roast.
Pour 32 oz of beef broth over beef and veggies.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake @ 325 for 2.5-3 hours.
After baking, use the broth to make a delicious gravy.
