Common Questions:


Can I change my order after I place it?

  • After you place an order, simply login anytime before your upcoming deadline and add or remove items from an existing order. There's no button to press, and you will not receive a confirmation email for changes you make. Whatever is in your cart when the deadline passes will be what's packed and shipped.


When will my card be charged?

  • Your card is not charged when you place your order. Because many items are charged by the pound, we will not know your exact total until your order is packed. Once your order is packed, your card will be charged. This usually happens 1-3 days before you receive your order.


Is there an order minimum or maximum?


This changes based on your delivery preferences and is automatically applied after you enter your zip code and choose local pick up or the shipping zone available to you.


  • For Pickup Locations: No order minimum or maximum.
  • For FedEx Home Delivery: The minimum depends on what zone you're in. No order maximum.
  • 1 Day Ground - minimum order $60, $20 shipping fee (free delivery on orders over $120)
  • 2 Day Ground - minimum order $75, $20 shipping fee (free delivery on orders over $150)
  • 2 Day Air - minimum order $175, $20 shipping fee (free delivery on orders over $300)


As we get shipping more volume, we hope to get better shipping rates, box rates, and liner rates, and pass those savings to you, along with different minimum orders.

We're excited to serve you and your family and want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order and experience with our farm. If you have a problem, send us a note on our Contact page or email Megan@droverhillfarm.com. We’ll do our best to make things right.


Payment is required before shipping to your door.

We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method for shipping. When placing your first order, you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once we pack and weigh your order, the total will be charged to your card on file, and your receipt will be emailed. 


You pay only for what you receive.

Many items are priced by the pound, so your final total might be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once your card is charged, you will receive a final order email. This is where you can see exactly what you were charged.


Small Farm Conundrums

We are a small farm and not a huge warehouse. Things can sell out quickly and have inventory mix-ups now and then. If something is omitted from your order, you will not be charged for it.


We deliver your food, and you’re responsible for unpacking it. 

We carefully pack each order and stick to a schedule while also factoring in the weather. If getting a delivery, it is your responsibility to unpack your order the same day you receive it. Please plan accordingly.
