Overnight Oats Strawberry and Blueberry
Maybe you can, but I can't eat bacon or sausage every day for breakfast. Here is another healthy staple. Prep this the night before for a quick on-the-go breakfast or snack. Swap in other berries, like raspberries or blackberries, if you like.

Directions


Add the oats, chia, strawberries, blueberries, and milk to a Mason jar.

Shake and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours to overnight.

Sweeten to your liking, and serve.


Ingredients:


½ cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats


1 tablespoon chia seeds


4 strawberries, chopped


½ cup blueberries


2/3 cup milk (your choice)


Stevia, to taste (optional)
