Flank steak is a lean, flavorful cut of meat that is probably best prepared marinated and cooked over a grill but is also good broiled with a dry rub or slathered in your secret sauce.


Flank steak is one of the "flat" steaks and is versatile and flavorful.


Each Package is a little over a pound.


The flank steak comes from the abdominal muscles or lower chest of the cow and you can eat it with confidence knowing your beef lived a great and healthy life on pasture, free of chemicals, antibiotics, or hormones.
