Chicken backs are the core of the chicken that is left after the breast, wings, and legs have been cut away for parts. 

Our chicken backs are fairly meaty and are typically used to make broth or stock and to harvest the remaining meat. 

If you have a pressure canner, go ahead and make up a large batch of stock to can and have available at all times!

Stock up now! I do not typically keep extras over the winter and stop getting them back from the processor at some point. They take up a lot of our storage space, and that has gotten expensive. 

With our regenerative pastured birds, fed no GMOs, and lots of sunshine and fresh outdoors, this is a seriously great soup base that you can feel great about cooking with!

Each package is 2-3.5 lbs  each.
