This is an excellent option if you love lamb! It's flavorful, tender lamb when you want it, cut the way you want. A whole lamb provides 25-50 pounds of meat, perfect for filling up small freezers, and is $8.50/lb of hanging weight, including processing. Cuts that can be included with your order are shanks, shoulder (chops, roasts, and stew meat), Ribs (chops, roasts), loin (chops or roasts, kabob meat), two whole legs of lamb or four split legs, and ground lamb/lamb sausage. We can talk on the phone and fill out a cut sheet with you or send one via email.
