One of the best-kept secrets in the steak department!
Pork steaks come from the Boston butt (which is not the butt at all but above the shoulder) or pork blade steak areas of a hog. In other words, they are cut from the shoulder of the pig around 1/2 of an inch thick and are a typical cut for barbecue recipes for their unmatched and intense taste that we all love.
Different from ham steaks, if you've never tried a Pork steak, you will be in for a treat! Pork chops have nothing on these!
Roast, grill, bake it or sear it for a tasty and uniquely tender piece of meat from Drover Hill Farm. Pork steak is well-marbled, making it juicy and flavorful. You may even decide you like it better than beef!
We serve up our delicious pork in packages of 2 hearty portions with an average weight of 2.5 pounds.
We pasture-raise our pigs and feed non-GMO feed, ensuring they live their happiest life. They have zero artificial preservatives, are pasture-raised, and never use hormones, steroids, or antibiotics.
We treat our pigs ethically. When you purchase from us, you know you are getting quality products to buy with confidence knowing that you are getting the best meat.
