Made from the brisket our delicious pastrami is brined, partially dried, seasoned with herbs and spices, then smoked and steamed. It is so good! You can heat it up slightly in a skillet and throw it in a sandwich with melted cheese or add it to your salads. Sliced thin and made to perfection, you won't be disappointed!
Our cattle are pasture-raised and never given hormones, steroids, drugs, or antibiotics. We handle them with slow stress methods and they live the good life!
