If you like spiced-up foods, you’ll love this Jerked Pork Steak! It’s the same cut as a Shoulder Pork steak, but with the spicy jerk on it.

Pork steaks come from the Boston butt (which is not the butt at all but above the shoulder) or pork blade steak areas of a hog. In other words, they are cut from the shoulder of the pig around 1/2 of an inch thick and are a typical cut for barbecue recipes for their unmatched and intense taste that we all love.

Roast, grill, bake it, or sear it for a tasty and uniquely tender piece of meat from Drover Hill Farm. Pork steak is well-marbled, making it juicy and flavorful. You may even decide you like it better than beef!
