Our loss is your gain! These Ribs have a lot of fat on them (more than we prefer), so we are discounting them major for you. Trim them down and cook as usual or give them to your dogs for super yummy snacks! (we've been doing both!)

A packet of these ribs weighs between 2 and 5 lbs. The current packaging has anywhere between 3-5 ribs in it. The best thing about our ribs is that they can be prepared a day or even a few hours before dinner time. This means you will have plenty of time to chat and catch up with your guests without worrying much about the cooking.


The best cooking methods are Braise and Slow Cook.


You can serve them alongside mashed potatoes or buttered noodles. Our meat is from pastured animals that are never given drugs, steroids, or hormones. This means you can enjoy the ribs and eat with confidence.
