Beef Kabobs are commonly cut from the sirloin but can come from any tender cut like Filet Mignon and should be marinated overnight or at a minimum the morning of the cooking day (longer is not good). Try it with Pineapple juice- it has an enzyme that tenderizes the meat. Soy or teriyaki and other additions will temper the pineapple flavor to taste. Try adding teriyaki, rosemary or other fresh herbs.
