The Beef arm Roast has a few other names out there. It's also known as the Chuck Arm Roast, Chuck Arm, Chuck Shoulder Roast, Clod Roast, Cross Cut Arm Roast, English Roast and maybe a few more.
All we know is it has a robust beef flavor, is moist and extremely tender when braised for pot roast.
It may also be roasted in the oven and then sliced thin for sandwiches and other meals. Slow and low is definitely key to cooking this cut, but when it’s done right, wow is it good!
