Farm Location

Drover Hill Farm is located one mile outside of Poolville on Earlville Road. We are seven minutes from the Colgate campus, fifteen from SUNY Morrisville, twenty-five minutes from Hamilton College and thirty minutes from Cazenovia College.

Directions:  From Hamilton on 12B (South), go through Hamilton, just as you get to the end of town you will see the campus and hospital, just past that or almost directly across from the hospital is Preston Hill Rd, it only goes to the left, turn left, go to the end of Preston Hill Rd until you come to the stop sign, you will then turn left on Earlville Rd. that is our road, we are about one mile or less down the road, we are on you right, our sign is up front Drover Hill Farm, Bed and Breakfast, it is a very large Victorian Home. 

Less than twenty minutes are the communities of Madison and Bouckville which are fill with antique shops.

For those looking for additional things to do, within one hours drive is, the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, Turning Stone Casino in Rome, The Boxing Hall of Fame in Canastota and Carousel Mall in Syracuse.  Madison County features a hops trail of historic Hop farms (which Drover Hill Farm is one of), plus there is beautiful rural scenery all around.

Deposits required is 50% if more than one night stay which is due within 5-7 days after the booking to hold the reservation, the balance is due upon arrival, cash or check only, no credit cards.  If staying one night the full amount is due within 5-7 days to hold the reservation. Cancellation is required within 14 days of your reservation, or the full amount is due. If the room is not booked, if booked we will refund your deposit less a $35 cancellation fee.  Parents weekend and Graduation, the deposit is non-refundable.
